How to reach us
Email [email protected]. We read every message. Corrections that come with a source (a link to the operator's clause, the league's schedule or a network's documentation) are checked first, usually within a few working days.
What we can help with
- A clause, coin list, payout period or limit we quote that has changed.
- A date, fixture or rule on a sport page that is wrong.
- A broken link or a page that does not display properly on your device.
What we cannot help with
We are not any sportsbook's support desk. We cannot see your account, chase a withdrawal, lift a limit or reverse a transfer. For anything about your account, contact the operator directly, using the support channel listed on its own site. If a dispute is not resolved, the operator's licence entry names the regulator that oversees it.
