Licence numbers checked against the register that issued them
Ranking · Licence
A licence badge in a footer is a picture. A licence number that returns the same company, domain and status on the issuing register is a fact. This ranking orders sportsbooks by how much of that match we could confirm.

Almost every crypto sportsbook shows a licence logo. Far fewer show a number that leads back to a register entry with the same company and the same domain. We took the licence number each operator publishes, looked it up on the register of the authority named, and ranked the licensed crypto betting sites on our board by how much of the record matched.
What a matched licence looks like
A full match has four parts. The number on the operator's site appears on the register. The register names a holding company. The status reads active or valid. And, where the register lists domains, the operator's domain is among them.
The Curaçao Gaming Authority publishes certificate pages on cert.cga.cw. When we reopened the Wild.io certificate on 6 October 2026 it showed the domain wild.io, the operator Nonce Gaming B.V., licence number OGL/2024/210/0198, a grant date of 14 April 2025 and a status of Active. That is what a complete record looks like.
The Anjouan register is a single public table. Its columns are Company, Status, License Number, Type, Issue Date, Expiry Date and Domains. An entry there gives an expiry date as well, which the Curaçao certificate does not.
We do not comment on what any licence permits or where. This ranking is about records, and every row below can be checked by anyone with the number.
How the ranking is built
Operators fall into tiers by the strength of the match:
- Entries on two registers, each with a named holder.
- One register entry with a named holder and an active or valid status.
- A number with an active or valid status on our record, holder not recorded.
- A register entry whose recorded end date has passed and whose renewal we have not yet read.
- A number we could not match, or no number at all.
Within a tier, the more recent issue date ranks higher, because it is the more current record. The wider method notes explain why we rank on what an operator publishes rather than on reputation.

Reading the top tier
Wild.io and Metaspins each hold two entries under two different companies. Metaspins has a Curaçao licence issued to Metaspins N.V. on 4 October 2024 and an Anjouan licence issued to 3-102-959384 SRL on 30 June 2026, valid until 29 June 2027. Wild.io pairs its Curaçao certificate with an Anjouan entry for Stack Gaming Ltd, issued on 21 April 2025 and valid until 20 April 2027.
Two entries do not make an operator twice as reliable. They do mean two separate records with names and dates, and either one can be checked.
The middle tiers
Rakebit's Anjouan entry for Nile King Media Ltd was issued on 18 February 2026 and runs to 17 February 2027. Shuffle's Curaçao certificate names Natural Nine B.V., issued on 16 October 2024. Rainbet's Anjouan entry, which names Rain Group Ltd, dates from 14 June 2024 and runs to 13 June 2027.
Vave's number, OGL/2024/1676/0905, is confirmed on the Curaçao register, but our record does not yet carry the holder name from the certificate. The same applies to Bitcasino.io, CoinPoker and Bspin. A missing holder is a gap in our record, not evidence against the operator, and these rows move up once the name is captured.

DuckDice's Anjouan entry for Zentari Limitada carries an expiry date of 15 September 2026 on our record. That date has passed. Until we read a renewed entry, it sits in tier four.
Rocketpot displays 1668/JAZ, a number from the older Curaçao numbering. We could not find a current register entry that matches it, so it sits below every operator whose number we did match. BetPlays publishes no licence number at all, which leaves nothing to look up.
Neither placement says anything about how these operators pay. Rocketpot, for instance, prints one of the more detailed withdrawal sections on our board, with a 72-hour payout window in clause 11.3. If payout terms matter more to you than licence records, the fastest payouts ranking and the ID-check ranking are the better pages.
Checking a licence yourself
A licence check takes two minutes and needs no account:
- Find the licence number in the operator's footer or terms.
- For a Curaçao licence, click the seal; it should open cert.cga.cw and name the exact domain you are on.
- For an Anjouan licence, open the public register and search the table for the number.
- Compare the company name with the one in the operator's terms.
- Note the status and, where given, the expiry date.
If the seal opens a page on another domain, or the domain on the certificate differs from the one in your address bar, treat the badge as decoration until you find a matching entry.
The licensed crypto betting sites above are ranked on records, not promises. For one table that weighs licence alongside coins, speed, ceilings and documents, see the overall crypto sportsbook ranking. And whatever an operator's licence says, set your own deposit limit first; our responsible play page shows how.
The licence matters most for long-dated bets; the F1 board is ranked on the register match first.
